In this huge piece, a police car burns. This piece was done in response to nationwide protests and simultaneous riots that griped the country after the wrongful death of George Floyd Jr. at the hands of the Minneapolis police officers on May 29th, 2020. A day later, demonstrators set a police car on fire in Atlanta, Georgia. This scene was reminiscent of the protests and riots that paralyzed Baltimore, Maryland after the controversial death of Freddy Gray Jr. at the hands of Baltimore police officers on April 19th, 2015.
