This is a new type of street art by luis rosenfeld!
He polypastes (not wheatpaste, “polypasting” using polyurethane instead of wheatpaste) one of his enlarged images on the street. The image gets painted over as usual; he then goes back and recovers parts of it by stripping paint off. luis has several of these cats throughout Baltimore and Brooklyn.
